After you sell your property, M&M Property Management must receive the closing paperwork from the title company before the ownership can be transferred in our system. This typically takes one to two weeks.
You may contact us to request that your automatic ACH payments be turned off, but the former owner cannot be removed from the HOA account until the required title paperwork is received and the property transfer is processed.
