If you're experiencing issues while trying to change your password on the homeowner portal, here are a few common reasons and how to fix them:
🧩 1. Disable Pop-Up Blockers
Make sure your browser is not blocking pop-ups 🚫. Some features require a pop-up window to open, and if it’s blocked, the password change might not go through correctly.
💡 Tip: You can usually find the pop-up settings in your browser’s settings menu.
🌐 2. Use a Compatible Browser
We highly recommend using Google Chrome ✅. It's the most compatible with our website and helps reduce unexpected issues.
📱 Mobile works too, but desktop is best!
🔒 3. Follow the Password Rules
To keep your account secure, your new password must include:
✅ At least 8 characters
🔠 At least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z)
🔡 At least 1 lowercase letter (a–z)
🔢 At least 1 number (0–9)
🔣 At least 1 of these symbols only:
! ^ * ( ) .
⚠️ If your password doesn’t follow all the rules, the system may allow you to change it — but you won’t be able to log in again afterward!
