Homeowners can find their association's governing documents and policies through the HOA web portal. Title companies, lenders, Realtors, appraisers, and others involved in a home sale should use HomeWiseDocs to order the applicable documents or status letter.
For homeowners
- Go to the HOA web portal and log in.
- Select Documents.
- Locate the Governing section for governing documents such as the association's Declaration, Bylaws, amendments, and other recorded governing documents that have been posted for the association.
- For association policies, scroll to the Policies section.
If you need a specific recorded amendment
Check the Governing section first. If the specific recorded amendment is not available there, contact M&M Property Management and provide the association name, document title, and recording or effective date if known so staff can verify the document and assist with locating the correct copy.
