I have multiple accounts, how can I see all of them on one owner portal?
Answer
If you are an owner of multiple units you now have the option to link all your accounts to one portal.
You will need:
- Account number
- Password
Please login to your owner portal and go to RESIDENTS tab
There you will see the ACCOUNT LINK option
Once you click on that option you will see
You will need to enter the account number and password to the accounts you want to link and then click on link.
Once you have completed this, you will be able to find all your accounts on the LINKED ACCOUNTS tab
Just click on the drop-down and all your linked accounts will be listed there
