How to Find Your HOA Meeting Minutes

You can find your HOA's board-approved meeting minutes in the Documents area of the M&M homeowner portal.

How to find meeting minutes

1. Go to the M&M homeowner portal.
2. Log in using your account number or email address.
   
3. Open the Documents tab.
4. Search for minutes to locate the board-approved meeting minutes available for your HOA.

Note: If you do not remember your account information or password, select Forgot Password? from the portal login page.
