How do I make a formal records request for HOA documents?
Answer
For documents not available on the HOA website, owners may fill out the records request form. The HOA will evaluate the request and documents readily available will be made available to you. Please note: In accordance with CCIOA and the HOA policies, some records requests may require research and/or additional labor to complete. The HOA management company will provide a quotation to provide these documents to you. Payment for these requests are required prior to the request being fulfilled. No records requests will be provided without the records request form being filled out.
