I was issued a covenant violation. How do I check to see if its still open?

Answer

Covenant Inspections are typically performed twice per month within your HOA community. Additional inspections are provided as necessary. Once an inspection is performed or the proper documentation is submitted to close an open violation, HOA staff will administratively close your violation. At anytime you may check the status of your violation by logging into the HOA web portal. 

Once you are logged in, select the "compliance" tab

If you have an active/open violation it will be displayed. Closed violations are not displayed.

If your violation is still in an "open" state, you may click on the "Response" link to reply to the covenant violation.

Your HOA will follow the covenant enforcement policy to enforce covenant violations. Please refer to your HOAs specific policy which are located under the "Documents" section of the HOA web portal.
