This guide provides detailed information on how to pick up or replace your parking pass, including office hours and replacement fees. Please follow the steps to ensure a smooth process.
Parking Pass Pickup Process
Passes are available for pickup during office hours with a scheduled appointment. Please plan your visit in advance. Parking passes may be mailed. A $15 priority mail fee is applied. Passes can only be sent via priority mail as regular mail is not effective due to the mail processing machines.
Office Hours
Parking pass pickup is available from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Replacement Parking Passes
If your parking pass is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can request a replacement. Replacement passes are subject to a fee.
Replacement Fee
The replacement fee is specific to your HOA and the support agent will provide the fee and get your authorization prior to pickup.
How to Request a Replacement
- Request a replacement via the management company
- Agree to the fees as provided
- Schedule an appointment for pickup or request it to be mailed.
- Provide your identification and any relevant vehicle information.
- Receive your replacement parking pass.
