Are parties permitted in the park of my HOA?

Yes, homeowners have permission to organize their event at the park.

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please review and follow these important guidelines:

• Shared Space: Please be mindful that the park is a shared community space. Other homeowners have the right to enjoy the park during your event.
  
  
• Trash Disposal: Dispose of all trash and waste in the designated containers provided throughout the park.
  
  
• Park Care: Take care of the park and its amenities while hosting your event to keep it clean and beautiful for everyone.
  
• Event Hours: Be considerate of the event’s hours, ensuring activities take place within appropriate times to avoid disturbing other residents.

Failure to follow these guidelines — including adhering to event hours — may result in a covenant violation and/or the assessment of a fee.
