Question
If you’ve recently received a delinquency notice but are currently enrolled in a payment plan or have already paid your regular HOA dues, you may be wondering why this letter was sent to you.
Answer
Thank you for following up with us regarding this matter.
Please note that delinquency notices are generated automatically by our system whenever a balance is detected on an account. In many cases, these balances are related to special assessments—such as a roof assessment—and not necessarily your regular HOA dues.
If you are up to date with both your HOA dues and your agreed-upon payment plan, you can safely disregard the notice. It was issued solely due to the presence of an outstanding balance in the system and does not reflect any new or urgent delinquency if your plan is current.
We do not report this, and it would not affect your credit score.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. As always, we appreciate your timely payments and your commitment to staying on track with your obligations.
If you have any questions or would like to confirm your account status, please don’t hesitate to contact our office.
Best regards,
