Steps to address a noise concern

- If the problem continues or requires immediate attention, contact the appropriate local police or code-enforcement agency.
- If the issue continues, document the dates and times of the disturbances and submit the concern to the HOA.
Documenting an ongoing issue
Keep a record of the date and time of each disturbance. When appropriate and lawful, audio or video documentation may help support the complaint. Other affected neighbors may also submit their own complaints so the HOA has a fuller record of the issue.
