You can check whether a covenant violation is still open by logging in to the M&M homeowner portal and reviewing the Compliance section. Active violations are displayed there; closed violations are not.
Check your violation status
- Log in to the HOA web portal.
- Select Compliance.
- Review the violations displayed. An active or open violation will appear in this section; closed violations are not displayed.
- If a violation remains open, select the Response link to reply to the violation.
When violations are closed
Covenant inspections are typically performed twice per month within the HOA community, with additional inspections as necessary. After an inspection confirms correction, or the required documentation is submitted, HOA staff can administratively close the violation.
Your HOA follows its applicable covenant-enforcement policy. You can find your association's policy in the Documents section of the homeowner portal.
