When you use your bank's bill-pay service, the bank may mail a physical check on your behalf. Allow approximately 1–2 weeks for the payment to reach M&M Property Management and be processed.
To help avoid delays, include your HOA account number with the bill-pay payment whenever your bank allows you to provide it.
