You may receive this notice if your HOA payment check was mailed to the M&M Property Management office instead of the HOA payment lockbox. Checks sent to the office can be delayed in processing and may result in a late fee.

Include your HOA account number on the check and mail payments to:

Use the Parker office address only for letters, forms, and other non-payment correspondence.
