When an HOA transitions to M&M Property Management, it can take about a month to receive and process all account information from the prior management company. Your prior balance may not appear immediately during this transition.
During the transition, make sure checks are sent to the updated payment address and include your new HOA account number.
Late fees are not charged during the first two months of the management transition.
