You can make a one-time HOA payment through the M&M homeowner portal using eCheck or a payment card.
Make a one-time payment
- Go to homeowner.mmhoaservices.com.
- Enter your HOA account number and password.
- Select Login.
- Select E-Pay from the menu on the left.
- Choose eCheck or eCard.
- You will be redirected to the Property Pay First Citizens website. Review the terms and conditions.
- Review and confirm your information and payment method.
- Enter your bank-account or card information and verify the payment details.
- Select Next and confirm the payment.
