Brittany Highlands balconies are not intended to be used for general household storage under the Association's current compliance handling.
What is generally permitted?
Appropriate outdoor furniture and decorative plants may be kept on a balcony, subject to the current Association rules and any applicable safety requirements.
What should not be stored on a balcony?
General storage items such as boxes, household goods, storage bins, and bicycles should not be stored on balconies. These items may be treated as a compliance issue when visible from the community.
If you receive a compliance notice
Remove the stored items and provide a current photo if management requests confirmation that the condition has been corrected. If you believe a current governing document or Board-adopted rule differs from this guidance, send the specific document or rule to M&M Property Management for review.
