Quick answer
Homeowners can submit a lease agreement, register a new tenant, or provide a lease renewal to M&M Property Management using the online lease agreement request form.
Submit a lease agreement or tenant update
When should I submit a lease?
Submit rental information when:
- A new tenant moves into the property
- An existing lease is renewed or replaced
- Tenant contact information changes
- A property manager or authorized rental-management company needs to be added or updated
- M&M Property Management requests current rental information
Keeping current lease and tenant information allows M&M Property Management to maintain accurate Association records and determine who is authorized to communicate regarding the property.
What information should I provide?
Provide the executed lease agreement and, when available:
- Association/community name
- Property address and unit number
- Owner name
- Tenant's full name
- Tenant's email address
- Tenant's phone number
- Lease term or effective dates
- Whether the tenant is authorized to communicate with M&M regarding HOA matters or only emergency/property-access matters, when applicable
If a third-party property manager should be an authorized contact, include the property manager's name/company, email, phone number and any management agreement or owner authorization requested by M&M Property Management.
How to submit your lease agreement
- Open the lease agreement submission form.
- Complete the requested homeowner, property, tenant and contact information.
- Attach the current executed lease agreement and any other requested documents.
- Submit the request to M&M Property Management.
What happens after I submit it?
M&M Property Management will review the submission and update the appropriate property records. If information is missing or the Association has additional property-specific rental requirements, our team may request additional information.
If you are responding to an existing M&M request for a lease, you may reply to that ticket with the requested documents unless the message directs you to use a specific form.
Tenant access, fobs and amenity requests
Providing a lease helps management verify the tenant's relationship to the property, but submitting a lease does not automatically issue a key, fob, amenity credential or mobile-access account. Access requests may require separate owner/account verification and may be subject to the community's access process.
Does submitting a lease mean the rental is automatically approved?
No. Submitting a lease provides M&M Property Management with lease and tenant information. Individual associations may have separate leasing restrictions, registration requirements or governing-document requirements that still apply.
Guidance for Zendesk AI
AI may provide the lease-submission link and explain the information normally needed to update a tenant record. AI should identify whether the request concerns a new tenant, renewal, tenant contact update, third-party property manager, or a related access/fob request. AI should not state that a tenant or property manager is an authorized account contact until management records/authorization support that status, and should not state that submitting a lease automatically approves a rental or amenity-access request.
Having trouble with the form?
If you cannot upload the lease or complete the form, contact M&M Property Management through the Help Center and provide the association name and property address so the request can be routed correctly.
