CDS- Trash Container Guidelines and Covenant Compliance.

Trash Container Placement and Removal:

• Trash containers, including blue bins, must be returned to your unit no later than sundown on the same day as trash pick-up.

• Containers left out for more than two days are considered abandoned and may be removed by the Association.

Public View:

• Please ensure that trash containers are not visible from the public view. If containers are left out in sight of public spaces or neighboring properties, this may result in a covenant violation.
  

• Trash Disposal: All trash, garbage, and refuse must be placed in appropriate containers (e.g., trash cans, plastic bags, or boxes) to avoid littering and prevent items from being blown throughout the complex.

• Large Items: Large boxes should be broken down and flattened before disposal. Furniture, large appliances, and other oversized items should not be left out for pick-up unless special arrangements have been made. Any related payment for this service will be the responsibility of the resident.

• Timing of Trash Placement and Removal: Trash should only be placed out for collection the evening before or the morning of the scheduled pick-up day. Please refrain from leaving containers out for extended periods of time.

• Labeling: All trash containers must be clearly labeled with the homeowner’s address or unit number to ensure proper identification.
