What is the individual unit owners responsibility on Balsam St. at Park Slope HOA?
Answer
Balsam Street Owners – The land immediately adjacent to the rear of the Unit and by the fence on
the other three sides shall be the responsibility of the Unit Owner for landscaping or otherwise,
upkeep, maintenance and repair, and replacement of such land area bordering the Unit. A detailed
plan and drawing any structural improvements shall be submitted to the Board for approval. Each
Unit Owner is responsible for the following:
1) Internal walls, floors, ceilings, windows screens, doors and garage doors.
2) Heating, hot water and air conditioning apparatus exclusively serving the Unit whether or not
located within the boundaries of the Unit.
3) Plumbing pipes inside the Unit.
