Why did I receive a letter that my check was sent to the wrong address?

Answer

You received the letter letting you know that your check was sent to the wrong because you had sent the payment to our office address and not the lockbox address. Only send letters/forms to the Parker address, when you send checks there is a delay in processing and you may incur a late fee. Please update your account number on your check and mailing address to:
