How do I make a one-time payment?

You can make a one-time payment by following these steps:

1. Please direct your browser (Google Chrome) to the following URL http://homeowner.mmhoaservices.com.

2. Enter your "User", which is your HOA account number, and password.



3. Press the "Login" button.

4. Click on the "E-Pay" button located on the left-hand side of the screen.

5. Click on the "One Time" tab.  

6. You will see two options "eCheck" and "eCard". 



7. You will be redirected to CIT's Property Pay website. Please confirm all your information is correct and click once again on the button "Pay by .............".



8. Enter your Bank Account information or your card information and confirm the payment details are correct.  



9. Click on "Next" and confirm your payment.
