How do I make a one-time payment?

You can make a one-time payment by following these steps:
1. Please direct your browser (Google Chrome) to the following URL http://homeowner.mmhoaservices.com.
2. Enter your "User", which is your HOA account number, and password.
3. Press the "Login" button.
4. Click on the third option, the "E-Pay" button located on the left-hand side of the screen.
6. You will see two options: "eCheck" and "eCard", choose the one.
7. You will be redirected to the Property Pay First Citizens website. After reading the terms and conditions.
8. Review and confirm your information, and choose again your preferred choice.
9. Enter your Bank Account information or your card information and confirm the payment details are correct.
10. Click on "Next" and confirm your payment.
