How do I set up my auto payment or ACH?
Answer
After logging in to your HOA account, please refer to the following instructions to set up automatic ACH payments from a bank account:
1. Click on the E-Pay > Recurring. Finally click on the "Add ACH" button (at the bottom of the page).
2. A pop up will appear, please read the disclaimer and click on "OK".
3. You will be prompted to add your bank account information and click on the "Save" button.
Payments via ACH are withdrawn on the 1st business day of the month for the full balance on the account.
